Our Story:

We are a fun, family-focused gymnastics and athletics center located at 1 Garnish Pond Road, NL. We started our business in 2020 and it has continued to grow in the best ways.

We design programs that spark curiosity, build confidence, and keep kids smiling from start to finish. Whether they’re taking their very first class or building on skills they already have, our programs provide a supportive environment where every athlete can learn, grow and succeed at their own pace.

Through movement, creativity, teamwork and play- we help youth develop physical skills, make new friends, and discover what they are capable of. Our goal is simple: to create positive experiences that leave youth feeling proud, empowered, and excited to come back for more!
